Jacqueline DeCarlo is a partner and specializes in Chemical Contamination and Products Liability litigation. Ms. DeCarlo represents clients who have been seriously injured as a result of exposure to chemicals and contaminants, defective products and harmful pharmaceutical drugs. 

Prior to engaging in private practice, Ms. DeCarlo served as a specially assigned law clerk in Middlesex County, handling litigation cases such as Breast Implant, Asbestos, Global Landfill, and the Texas Eastern Pipeline Explosion. During her clerkship, Ms. DeCarlo also handled specially assigned environmental coverage litigation and emergent matters in the Chancery Division.

Ms. DeCarlo is a 1996 graduate of Seton Hall University, School of Law, where she won the award for best Appellate Advocacy Oral Argument. In 1992, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from Wagner College. Ms. DeCarlo is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
