  • Approximately 6 million women are taking Prempro™
  • A recent major study has concluded that long term use of Prempro™ (a combination of estrogen and progestin) to treat post-menopause symptoms.
  • As a result of this major study, The National Institute of Health cancelled the study prematurely, suggesting that many of the women using Prempro™ and other estrogen and progestin combination should cease taking these drugs and discuss alternative sources of treatments with their physicians.
