MAN AQUITTED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT & CHILD ENDANGERMENT CHARGES

A Monmouth County Jury acquitted G.C. sexual assault and child endangerment charges last October. Ted Bertucio defended G.C. at the trial, which lasted approximately two weeks, during which the State presented the testimony of the alleged victim, an alleged eyewitness, and the testimony of two women to whom G.C. supposedly made incriminating statements.

Following the acquittal, other charges involving other alleged victims were previously severed by the Court for separate trials and resolved favorably. G.C. is presently reunited with his family and has fully resumed the operation of his business.
